Это черт просто знает что такое! Жаль, что не прочитали заранее все отзывы тут - не заказные, а те, кому прислали, как и мне, букеты из засохших, растрепанных цветов. И за такие деньги! Умеренного вида букетик васильков - у метро такие продавали буквально 2 недели назад за 600 руб - здесь он стоит 2000 (две тысячи!) руб.! Их же спросили, действительно у них есть васильки? Бабушки у метро мне честно сказали, что у же не сезон. Но мысль была, что здесь промышленные холодильники, все честь по чести... И главное, что букет заказывался в театр, после спектакля артистам подарить. В Большой, между прочим. Вы представляете? Да с домашних фиалок цветы срезать, и то лучше бы вышло! В общем, совет такой: Не обращайте внимания на несчастный вид пенсионеров, которые эти букеты доставляют, возвращайте назад без разговоров. Мы, конечно, деньги отдали - их привез такой дядечка, в чем только душа держится, побоялись, что с ним что-нибудь случится. Сразу же позвонили в фирму. У них еще есть время, начало спектакля в 19.00.

Так мало этого, спустя 5 минут звонит мне вместо дамы-диспетчера молодой человек, похоже, их начальник, и сообщает буквально, что "отзывы - негативные - пишут больные и неадекватные люди". Каково?

Отвратительное качество цветов, отвратительное отношение к клиенту. Букет сухой, маленький, прям без слез не глянешь. Оплата до получения, все вопросы на почту, а никто не отвечает. Вижу, не только мне. Зато отмазки лепят и скидки раздают!) Не рекомендую обращаться в данную конторку! И скидка не нужна, себе дороже.
