Заказал штаны и ботинки на 15 тысяч. Позвонили через несколько дней, сказали что размеров нет ни на одну из 4 заказанных пар штанов. Обещали через 2 недели. Через две недели перезваниваю, спрашиваю -- как там мой заказ то? Мы вам сейчас сами перезвоним, -- ответили, и все, тишина. С тех пор прошел месяц. На письмо тоже не ответили. Вывод: на клиентов магазину начхать. Информация о наличии товара в интернет-магазине не соответствует действительности. Никому не советую, особенно если от наличия экипировки зависит какое-нибудь важное событие. Номер заказа 5467. Кирилл Миловидов.

Здравствуйте, Кирилл. Отсутствие нужного размера может быть. Но сейчас такого не бывает, что бы не перезвонили и не сообщили. Если нет нужной позиции- сообщаем сразу об отсутсвии и называем ориентировочную дату поступления.
