Отвратительно работают.Приехали в шоурум,показывают только всё самое лучшее.Сделали заказ более,чем на 30000₽.Долго ждали доставку, звонили им,в ответ слышали,что не все позиции собрали, причём каждый раз разное количество позиций.И вот настал долгожданный день доставки.... Привезли без предварительного звонка,рано утром в выходной.Открыв коробку,ужаснулись(((Заказывали детские боксеры 100%хлопок, пришли 100%полиэстер.Заказывали женские пижамы светло-серые с принтами мультяшных героев,пришли чёрные пижамы "прощай молодость", детские вещи заказывали на возраст от 5-ти лет,а пришли по размеру от 2.Постельное бельё заказывали 1,5 спальное для девочек с Барби, пришло ясельное с русалками.В некоторых упаковках не хватало джемперов,если положено 4,то было только 3.В общем, если у вас есть лишние нервы, время и деньги,то вам в Милену.

Добрый день! Мы хотели бы разобраться с вашим заказом. В первую очередь по недостаче товара. Если у вас есть возможность, то пришлете нам на почту zakaz@opt-milena.ru всю информацию о недостаче, чтобы мы могли Вам вернуть денежные средства в полном о объеме. Что касаемо, принтов на изделие, то наши менеджеры предупреждают при заказе, что принт может отличается от того, что представлено на сайте, т. к. мы оптовая компания и отгружаем размерными рядами и принты в ассортименте. Что касаемо доставки в раннее время и в выходной. То большинству заказов доставляет транспортная компания и отследить время доставки у нас нет никакой возможности. Но мы этот вопрос обязательно оговорим с транспортными компаниями. Приносим свои извинения за ряд причинённых не удобств.
