Дом построен по старым стандартам. Никаких прозрачных подъездов, мусоропровод из которого постоянно ужасный запах в подъездах, писал в УК ничего не изменилось. Весь двор от и до заставлен машинами, причем мест нехватает, развернутся невозможно. Слышимость такая, что можно услышать полный разговор соседей без повышенных тонов. Если окна выходят на сторону хорды - это всё. Бесконечный шум дорог, пыль - слышно поезда и Аэроэкспрессы. Пейзаж прилагается. Из плюсов, есть детские площадки, магазины в шаговой доступности. Но ещё нереальный ветер постоянно. Добираться, конечно, удобно относительно других ЖК около МКАД. Я вообще не к тому, что все здесь прям плохо. Безусловно, скорее всего в округе это самый хороший вариант по совокупности факторов. ЖК около фестиваля не берем, цена там сильно выше. Но если вы думаете, что в ОТЛИЧНОМ ЖК должно вонять мусором в подъезде из мусоропровода, который в новых домах, на секундочку не ставят, (пора уже задуматься об экологии), когда весь двор заставлен донельзя машинами, и вы продолжаете думать, что это отличный ЖК, то у меня плохие новости - это не так. То что здесь есть детские площадки -так это и так должно быть. То что здесь заливают коток зимой, там посмотрите, во всех окрестных "коробках" по всей Москве его заливают. Вот сегодня утром кто то слушал музыку, и я бы не сказал, что она была очень громкая, но через стены слушал ее будто бы я. Стоит ещё упомянуть про отношение застройщика. Тут предусмотрен короб для кондея. Но можно заметить, что многие его втыкают на фасад. Почему? Да потому что короб стоит на балконе, который в свою очередь находится на кухне, а кондеи обычно ставят в комнату. Можно ли было поставить коробы для кондея под окномя а не на балконе? Думаю, да. Удобная планировка? Это уже каждый сам решает. Я например, так не думаю. Надеюсь, все понятно расписал
