Хочу оставить отзыв о посещении центра 31.01.2024. Приехала по направлению на мрт- запись была на 9:30, доброжелательно встретили, проводили, но дальше начался ужас. Сидя в ожидании результатов, и наблюдая, как администраторы мило беседуют с остальным персоналом, отвлекаясь от работы, и прерываясь на пропуск пациентов по знакомству без очереди, прошло 2,5!!!!!! ЧАСА ожидания. Неоднократно подходили на ресепшен, и уточняли у сотрудников, готовы ли мои результаты ? Получала ответ- нет, возможно, врач слишком долго интерпретирует диагноз. Как оказалось по итогу- результат уже давно лежал у них на столе, но никто не спешил обращать на это внимание (повторюсь, все были заняты бурными обсуждениями). На этом цирк не закончился! На половине пути домой, а живу я, к слову- на расстоянии около 50 км, выяснилось, что- МНЕ ОТДАЛИ РЕЗУЛЬТАТЫ СОВЕРШЕННО ДРУГОГО ЧЕЛОВЕКА! Как это понимать? Руководство, ваши сотрудники в своем уме?

Ужасный сервис, на регистрации сидят совершенно не компетентные специалисты; подходили за результатами 3 раза и 3 раза про нас забыли, потратили из за халатности 1 специалиста более 1,5 часов! К специалистам, делающим процедуру вопросов нет, все хорошо, но стойка регистрации - 🤮
