Мама записалась на консультацию врача нейрохирурга на платной основе. Прибыла вместе со мной в назначенное время на прием с сильнейшими болями в позвоночнике. Оплатила за прием в регистратуре. Прждав 20 минут у кабинета врача, прием так и не начался. В регистратуре были удивлены этой ситуации и еще некоторое время выясняли, где же доктор. Как итог, приема не будет, давайте карту, мы вам вернем деньги и вообще мы за врачей не отвечаем.Ни малейшего сожаления, ни банальных извинений. Записали на прием через неделю. Живите, как хотите с болями эту неделю. 4 звезды только потому, что делала здесь СКТ, все было хорошо.

При этом нам искренне жаль, что визит к нейрохирургу оставил у Вас и Вашей мамы столько негативных эмоций. Примите наши глубочайшие извинения за ожидание и поведение сотрудников. Мы понимаем, насколько важно своевременное оказание помощи, особенно при выраженном болевом синдроме, и считаем описанную ситуацию абсолютно недопустимой. Слова о том, что администрация «не отвечает за врачей», в корне противоречат нашим стандартам сервиса. Ваш отзыв уже передан руководству центра для проведения внутренней проверки в отношении работы персонала регистратуры и выяснения причин отсутствия врача. Мы приложим все усилия, чтобы разобраться в случившемся и не допускать подобного впредь. С уважением, администрация МИБС
