Здравствуйте! Очень пожалел, что связался с компанией MiaSofia, решили заказать шкаф угловой трех дверный с тремя внутренними ящиками Junior и пенал боковой с тремя секциями Junior для детской комнаты стоимостью более 50 000 руб. изготавливает ульяновская фабрика «Клюква». Изготовление мебели 45 дней плюс доставка мебели в итоге привезли нам ровно через 45 дней (22 мая). Когда привезли мебель оказалось, что все коробки (упаковка) имеют повреждения. При вскрытии коробок обнаружены повреждения на двух деталях мебели сколы и глубокие повреждения. Связались с менеджером компании на что нам ответили будем составлять рекламацию (которая составляет 90 дней по договору). Выслали все фотографии с повреждениями, на замене были две детали (дверь от шкафа и часть пинала без которой не собрать). Фабрика срок поставила 15 рабочих дней, но потом опять увеличили на три недели. Прошло еще три недели не звонков от менеджеров не мебели. Созваниваемся и снова увеличения срока изготовления 24 июня, но и этот срок прошел, а мебели нет. Созвонились сами опять срок поменяли на 01 июля в итоге мебель привезли 19 июля (на изготовление и доставки ушло 39 рабочих дней) из двух деталей дверь привезли опять с повреждениями. Доставка мебели производится навалом в кузове машины. Водитель очень грубый спрашиваю его как так что с фабрики уходит нормальная мебель, а до нас довозят поврежденную, на что он отвечает я не несу ответственность за сохранность мебели (фотографии прилагаются перевозки). Опять пришлось связывать с менеджером компании MiaSofia о дефектах мебели срок изготовления поставили 12 августа, срок прошел ни звонков от компании ни мебели, в итоге уже прошло 69 рабочих дней с момента первой рекламации, а мебель до конца не собрана. Сама мебель очень хорошая мне очень нравиться, а вот компания которая продает ее безответственная и до получателя мебель доходит уже с повреждениями.

ОЧЕНЬ долгая доставка. Менеджеры не могут точно определить, где товар, сами не звонят. Все время что-то придумывают. Доставили кровать не в полной комплектации.
