Постоянные очереди, очень редко удается получить услугу быстро. Наличие грудного ребенка не даёт привелегий, на общих основаниях сидишь и ждёшь очереди. Отделение соц.защиты находится на 2 этаже, лифта нет, пандуса нет. Коляску нужно оставлять на 1 этаже на свой страх и риск. При этом на первом этаже находятся те отделы, которые легко могли быть размещены на 2-ом. На довод, что к ним сложно добраться и коляску нужно оставлять без присмотра, разводят руками, хотя это вопрос одного дня - поменять кабинеты местами. Регулярно на 1 этаже хоть одна коляска, да стоит.

Здравствуйте.Встретили хорошо ,вроде как вежливо ,либо это из-за того ,что я была в положении.С другими заметила резко ,и не вежливо .В помещении не предусмотрено место для беременных ,инвалидов ,чтоб заполнить анкету .Это мне пришлось обойти весь зал где можно было б сидя заполнить анкету так как на 37 неделе беременности не так то легко стоя писать. Постарайтесь разрешить проблему в вашем помещении и со знаком для беременных и инвалидов предоставить место (уголочек )для заполнения всяких документов .Спасибо .
