Какой-то бред. Программа госуслуги сложная непонятная и не работает! Сами попробуйте записаться для регистрации ГИБДД б.у. автомобиля .?!?! Даже девочки с трудом записали да и то как бы новый авто регистрировать буду . Да ещё перед этим минут сорок в очереди к компьютеру просидел т.к. их всего два и постоянная очередь. Это некчемное и ненужное заведение !!! Из за таких организаций как " Мои документы" и программы "Госуслуги" невозможно попасть на прием ни к врачам ни в ГИБДД , выписку из домовой книги надо три дня ждать !!! Хотя я с домовой книгой и с паспортом пришёл.?!?! Полный обсурд.Вы мне ответили что выписку из домовой книги которая у меня на руках(т.е. с собой ) можно делать 10 дней!?!?!? Вам не стыдно и не смешно 10 дней делать бумажку 3 минутной работы. У вас около 15 окошек в госуслугах и 10 дней ???

Добрый день, повторно сообщаем Вам, что в Вашем случае регламентный срок по предоставлению выписки из домой книги нарушен не был.

В общем работой МФЦ я не довольна,что бы получить вторую справку мне пришлось ее заказывать по второму кругу.Хотя я заказывала обе справки на сайте Госуслуг в один день,а получила из двух справок только одну вместо положенных двух и вместо того что бы разобраться с ситуацией которая произошла из за сбоя сотрудники предложили просто напросто написать заявление заново и все...

Добрый день! Если Вы подавали два заявления через портал госуслуг и получили ответ в электронном виде только на одно заявление, то Вам необходимо подать второе заявление повторно. В случае возникновения проблем с работой портала просьба обращаться в техническую поддержку портала. Контакты должны быть указаны на сайте портала.
