К отзову ниже. Тоже самое пришёл на регистрацию. Все было отлично. Администратор подсказала, показала куда нажать, удобная комната ожидания (новые диваны, хороший ремонт), в туалете убрано и свежо, есть кулер с водой. Станция зарядок с разъёмами для всех телефонов. Возможно в разные дни, разные люди работают. Но в тот день когда я посещал мфц было прост супер

Хочу оставить отзыв о работе МФЦ города Реутов. 18.12.2019 пришли в МФЦ для получения выписки из ЕГРН и оформления прописки. И тут началось веселье. Пока мы ждали свою очередь в общем холле были очень удивлены общением администратора. Администратор на ресепшене общалась с людьми так как будто ему кто-то что-то должен. Не могла даже поднять свою пятую точку, чтобы помочь человеку оплатить госпошлину. На вопрос другого человека о сумме госпошлины отвечает с цоканьем! Как можно работать в такой сфере и с такой неприязнь отвечать людям?!! Ну а нам повезло больше всего в окне номер 1 (талон М255), девушка в окне, узнав, что нам нужно сделать прописку сказала :" Что не могли раньше прийти?" Что? Раньше? А ничего страшного что это её работа? Хамство полнейшее. И время было 19.30. Была не в одном МФЦ города Москвы такого вообще не встречала. Ну а если об области говорить то всем стоит поучиться у администраторов МФЦ Балашихи. Вот они золотые люди. Всё объяснят, спросят, ЗА ТЕБЯ все кнопки в терминалах нажмут для оплаты госпошлины, а не будут орать, как в Реутове :"Ну ловите чеки!" Позор!!! Как можно брать на работу таких людей? Ужасно!!!
