Ужасное место, сотрудники ничего не умеют, ничего не знают, в итоге в щелковском единственное что смогли - подтвердить мою учётную запись на гос услугах и ту со второго раза! Ни выписку из домовой книги, ни с лицевого счета, не делают вообще ничего. Не мфц, а одно название. Спустя три года после этого отзыва мне снова понадобилось МФЦ и чтобы вы думали 😂 мне отказали в предоставлении услуги (заказ справки об отсутствии судимости). отправили на сайте заказывать. хотя везде черным по белому написано: приходите с паспортом в любое МФЦ и закажите...

Отвратительная, крайне не профессиональная организация работы в центре. Очередь (!) в 30-40 человек за получением талона(!), причем сотрудница, в обязанности которой входит выдать талон, предпочитает общение по минут 10-15 с каждым о его проблеме! Прям «Директор МФЦ» у сохи с амбициями: зовут женщину Озерова Виктория Анатольевна. Попросила жалобную книгу, а она вся заполнена до последней страницы, писать жалобу просто негде. Пожилые люди молча стоят в этой духоте по часу-полтора! Наведите порядок, пожалуйста.

Меня полность устраивает именно этот центр! Очередь быстро двигается. Специалисты компетентны в своей сфере. На все вопросы всегда получаю чёткий ответ. Работники всегда дружелюбны. Советую именно этот МФЦ.

Раз 10 уже посещала сие заведение. Ни разу не возникло проблем и вопросов. Довольно быстро идёт очередь. Ранее была возможность копировать, посл раз не смогли сделать копию выписки, а очень надо было
