Очень нравится это МФЦ. Очереди здесь по сравнению с другими МФЦ небольшие. Все проблемы с которыми я обращалась решали положительно. Подсказывали что донести, куда лучше отправить. Грубости и раздражения вообще не слышала. Ребята молодцы. Живу на Щербинке, вот в Щербинское мфц лучше вообще не стоит обращаться.

НЕКОМПЕТЕНТНОСТЬ, НЕУВАЖЕНИЕ, НЕРАСТОРОПНОСТЬ и еще много много НЕ Пришла по записи через гос услуги, 06.06.19 в каб.3 Женщина с недовольным лицом сказала ожидать в коридоре, хотя была свободна, просидели 30 минут, еще раз заглянули, получив тот же ответ еще более недовольным тоном, решили взять талон в общей очередь. 17.06.19 решила по телефону узнать готовность документов, меня переключили на МФЦ, На вызов ответил мужчина, спросил фамилию, сказал подождать, в трубке заиграла музыка.....на 17 минут... даааа...даже сказать нечего, "спасибо" за "СЕРВИС" Я БЫ ПОСТАВИЛА МИНУС 5, НО НЕТ ТАКОЙ ШКАЛЫ

Подала заявление на получение загранпаспорта. Оплатила госпошлину сразу же. Записаться на подачу документов Горчакова 11 просто невозможно. Сегодня в 00:00 свободных слотов просто не появилось. Вчера на 06.03 уже были заняты места. Запись на месяц вперед занята, в поддержке ни чем не помогают. Я командированный сотрудник, плачу налоги, почему я не могу сделать паспорт по месту жительства за месяц?

Самое адское место. Верните отделение в Щербинке. Персонал ужасный, хамство и пофигизм. В очередь записаться через сайт — нереально. Выбирайте другие отделения
