Для подтверждения позиции истца суд назначил МЦЭО экспертизу. Истец в полном объеме оплатил услуги МЦЭО. Экспертиза была проведена не качественно, в результате чего суд назначил дополнительную экспертизу в другом экспертном учреждении и повторную экспертизу истцу пришлось оплатить. Добровольно МЦЭО отказалось вернуть истцу деньги за не выполненную надлежащим образом экспертизу. Истец в судебном порядке взыскал требуемые сумы с МЦЭО, с чем МЦЭО не согласилось и обжаловало решение, но апелляцию проиграло, решение вступило в законную силу. Таким образом судебным решением установлено, что МЦЭО не выполнило должным образом порученную ему судебную экспертизу. Выводы каждый делает сам. Судебное решение ДЕЛО № 33-3070/2019 на сайте мособлсуда.
