Даже определить проблему правильно не могут. Одна болтовня и бесполезные советы. За пять занятий не смогли разобраться в чем проблема и найти хоть какой-нибудь общий язык с собакой. Не рекомендую. Отменяют занятия по разным причинам, а деньги списывают немаленькие.

Светлана, Вы уж пишите до конца всю правду. Вы в нарушение Договора сами обеспечили проведение только 4-х занятий за полгода вопреки рекомендациям наших специалистов. Четыре занятия с проблемной собакой в течение полугода. После того, как Вы дождались окончания срока Договора, письменный экземпляр которого у Вас на руках с чётким сроком его окончания, спустя полгода, Вы почему-то обратились за его расторжением. Что Вам мешало обратиться в организацию ранее, если даже в самом Договоре на каждой из 2-х страниц есть номер нашего телефона?И после этого, пишите негативный отзыв о кинологической организации, которая с самого начала рекомендовала Вам и количество занятий по курсу и частоту занятий.Имейте совесть.Если Вас что-то не устраивало, нужно было обратиться сразу. По крайней мере, у Вас на это было полгода действия Договора!Либо нужно было обратиться для урегулирования этой ситуации, у нас имеются различные варианты решения. Вы же предпочли ждать полгода и после написать отзыв. Это Ваше решение. – показать
