Ужасное хамское отношение, любую информацию приходиться выпрашивать, ничем помочь они не могут!!! Для чего их там посадили не понятно!!! Не то, что пальцем не пошевелят, а даже слово они тебе лишнее не скажут, очень хочется обозвать этих женщин плохими словами....

Всегда много людей там, вопросы решают плохо. Начисляют штрафы не разобравшись, а потом отменить их нереально.

Отвратительное отношение к людям, сегодня была, консультанта у них нет, девочка, что сидит за стойкой у входа способна только талончики выдать, по всем вопросам надо в очередь, для того, что бы взять бланки 3 НДФЛ, простояла в очереди 20 мин, потом, заполнив, снова брать талончики и ждать, если что не так, посылают переделать, ничего не объясняя, мол там образцы есть, вот и заполняйте, если не понимаете, как рассчитать налоговую базу, идите напротив и заполняйте в коммерческой организации за деньги, образцы нашла на одном столе и то не все, вообще провела там 2 часа на подаче декларации, ужас полный, делают видимость работы, гоняя людей каждый раз за новым талоном
