Никогда бы не подумал что государственный орган может так похабно и некомпетентно работать! В данном случае, претензия к отделу по возрату средств, что в моём случае 3 НДФЛ, полное игнорирование через телефон, как внешние звонки так и внутренние, абсолютно невозможно дозвониться, каждый раз приходилось звонить через Москву и соединять через оператора (странно что после этого им не сделали выговор) что мне только не отвечали на мои просьбы, вернуть мне законно положенные средства с налога и что:"вот деньги вам вот вот придут, ждите, и вот ждите деньги должны придти на днях, потом документы на подписи это не быстро, но самое интересное! -Вам уже выплатили!" после этих слов прошло ещё две недели.Два месяца в итоге выплачивали. Полагаю надо как в Германии сделать, сначала полностью получать зарплату на руки , и только потом платить налоги в налоговую, и тогда то-же выплачивать налоги по два месяца...
