Сотрудники относится халатно к своей работе!! Неквалифицированные, не знающие своей работы и обязанностей!Обратился в ИФНС N3 06.03.24 подал заявление на имущественный налоговый вычет, 23.03 выявлено нарушения. Потом снова 6 марта звонил по внутреннему телефону - сказали получите выплату в течении 2х недель…. Выплат не было. Далее в период с 18 по 20 число звонил снова сказали что выплаты получим в течении недели… Но выплат так же не было. Далее 17.05 снова обратились с этим же вопросом , на что был Дан ответ ждать 3 месяца. Звонил через Москву, дозвонился до камерального счета налоговой, на что получил ответ ждать. Сегодня 8.07 снова звонил в налоговой - был получен ответ что бы снова подал заявление на выплаты. В чем дело? Почему в течении 5 месяцев мне не могли выплатить налоговый вычет?? Когда же 23 марта я получил уведомления об нарушении , я снова обратился в налоговую и мне сказали, что с проблемой они знакомы и сами ее исправят! В итоге я остался не с чем, и снова должен бегать и собирать все бумажки. Я требую не медленного решения данной проблемы.

Просто ужасное заведение, трубки не берут, со своими обязанностями не справляются, заставляют ждать месяцами, присылают налоги на несуществующие имущество!!!!!!

Была на приеме 16 и 18 марта - выдача талонов не работает, живая очередь. 16 марта зал был заполнен до отказа, 18 марта - полегче. Инспектор распределяющий потоки 18 марта общалась с посетителями очень высокомерно, было неприятно! Инспектор к которому обратилась непосредственно на прием - очень адекватна, все разъяснила, подсказала. Огромное спасибо ей! Прошу отладить работу "банкомата по выдачи талончиков"
