Посетила сегодня данную организацию и сильно возмущена!!!Мне нужна была кружка папе на 23 февраля.Когда я пришла сразу сказала что мне нужна надпись серого цвета,сначала 30 минут они не могли настроить цвет,он у них получался коричневый.(потом слава Богу разобрались в настройках принтера).Все согласовали надпись,и пошла работа.Выносят мне кружку и говорят ой мы тут рамку не обрезали и из-за этого на кружке черная полоска в добавок надписи( И пытаются меня убедить что ничего страшно,если не смотреть на эту сторону то впринцепи норм. Я им отвечаю что время еще позволяет переделайте пожалуйста так как должно было быть изначально.Женщина говорит хорошо ожидайте,стою жду.Выходит мужчина и начинает просто на меня орать,со словами что я стою тут выделываюсь и что какая-то полосочка мне помешала.Я ему говорю мужчина почему вы на меня сейчас кричите,я оплатила кружку и хочу её получить в соответствии с моим заказом.Он мне начал да я могу вам деньги из своего кармана отдать и идите куда хотите,( при этом все в том же хамском и повышеном тоне)я ему пытаюсь донести что не нужно на меня кричать и возвращать деньги,просто сделайте то о чем мы договаривались и за что я заплатила и все.В итоге спустя 2 часа я получила свою кружку,но вывод я конечно сделала!!! 1.Больше я туда ни ногой! 2.Лучше я переплачу 50р. но схожу в другую организацию где относятся с уважением к своим клиентам! А не пытаются свою ошибку навязать еще и в такой грубейшей форме.Так что прежде чем туда идти подумайте 100500 раз.Жаль что здесь фото нельзя приложить,а то я бы показала какая по их мнению пустяковая полосочка на кружке.
