Пришли с дочкой разузнать о курсах английского языка. В администраторах там две не побоюсь этого слова матроны. Одна непереставая болтала с кем-то по мобильному, на нас даже не взглянула. Вторая, скорчив кислую мину, сквозь зубы поведала, что группа уже месяц как занимается и мы безнадежно отстали. На вопрос об индивидуальных занятиях, придирчиво оглядев меня с головы до ног, королева Елизавета, ой, администратор конечно, что это я, сказала, что у них очень все дорого, академический час аж от 2000 рублей. Я в сердцах бросила, что не стала бы у них заниматься и за тысячу. Если вы хотите на машине времени перенестись в СССР за сногсшибательным клиентоориентированным сервисом и вызубрить, что Лондон из зэ кэпитэл оф Грит Британ, то милости прошу в эту контору Рога и Копыта. Руководство! Вызываю к Вам: смените двух клуш из прошлого века на улыбчивую и расторопную девочку, возьмите за правило хотя бы анкетировать и брать контакты у всех приходящих к вам потенциальных клиентов и дело пойдет на лад! Ведь как не закрылись еще - ума не приложу!

Уже второй год сын занимается английским и с огромным удовольствием идет на занятия. Ирина - прекрасный педагог. Очень заметен прогресс: начинали с нуля, а через два года ребенок понимает английскую речь, участвует в диалогах и читает. Готов к сдаче первой ступени Кембриджских экзаменов - YLE Starters. Кстати, это еще один плюс этих курсов - экзамен сдается прямо в школе: и от дома недалеко, специально ехать никуда не надо. Все очень хорошо организовано. Очень теплая атмосфера. Могу смело рекомендовать)
