Честно говоря ожидала другого формата. Школа новая, современная, но за такую цену ученики должны участвовать в процессе, а не просто зрителями быть. Замерить ингредиенты и сделать десерт это разные вещи. Технологические карты сделаны на половину, в некоторых местах просто отсутствует информация. Преподаватель несомненно умеет готовить, десерты интересные и вкусные, но просто стоять и смотреть неинтересно…

Добрый день Наталья! Спасибо за Ваш отзыв. В основном наши курсы направлены на то чтобы максимально много изделий показать студентам, поэтому на курсе готовит мастер, а студенты ему помогают частично. За 6 часов студенты тем более новички не способны приготовить то количество изделий которое у нас заявлено в тех или иных программах. Видимо данный курс был именно в таком формате. 100% практические курсы у нас также есть но изделий там меньше, но работает уже каждый сам а мастер руководит. С уваж ением Любовь. – показать

Мне понравилась информативность курсов, доступность ингредиентов, адаптированность под российскую продукцию. Также отмечу доброжелательность персонала этой школы.
