Здравствуйте,меня зовут Татьяна.В ночь со 2 июня 2017 года на 3 июня 2017 года мы с мужем и двумя друзьями приехали в Метрополь под утро,ориентировочно в 5 часу.Встретил нас охранник Алексей,с каменным лицом.Этот человек общался с нами так, как будто сейчас 90-е, а он одет в малиновый пиджак.Хамил мне при том что я беременна,его ни капельки это не смутило.Утверждал что мы все пьяные хотя я беременна на 6 месяце и сами понимаете абсурд полнейший.Муж с другом были на веселе но не в стельку а мы с подругой трезвые как стёклышки. У нас было все оплачено,после мероприятия мы хотели поскорее лечь спать.Алексей начал говорить что ребята пьяные и он нас не пустит.Мы говорим но как же?мы же в адекватном состоянии ,позовите управляющего.На что он начал говорить покажите мне любой документ где написанно что вы оплачивали,без документа не пущу и никого звать не буду и на ресепшн вы не пройдёте.Знаю я таких как вы!прям так и сказал На что я спрашиваю: Таких-это каких? он молчит Я начинаю говорить что я беременна,проводите меня на ресепшн мы уточним у персонала всё.Он говорит да чё ты заливаешь ты просто полная это разве нормально говорить беременной девушке? на что я просто обошла его и пошла прямиком на ресепшн.Рассказала персоналу о случившемся а они в ответ молчали и даже не извинились Если менеджмент допустил, что в отеле работает такой охранник — по нему можно сделать вывод обо всём менеджменте!!! К сожалению записи разговора и видео нет Возможно, есть признаки административного правонарушения по статье «Мелкое хулиганство» — «оскорбительное приставание к гражданам и другие умышленные действия, нарушающие общественный порядок, деятельность организаций или спокойствие граждан и выражающиеся в явном неуважении к обществу». Но это требует проверки и квалификации. Я так сильно распереживалась что аж живот заболел,хотелось быстрее прилечь отдохнуть.Если бы я не находилась в положении разговор был бы совершенно другой.Очень сильно обидел персонал В номере было пыльно и телефон не работал.

Я останавливалась в номере люкс, нужно было по командировке. разочарована очень. Конечно есть имя и удобное месторасположение, но на этом все. Персонал весь в гостинице пенсионного возраста, по английски все еле говорят. Ремонт последний раз в ней делали минимум 20 лет назад. У меня в номере были проблемы с сантехникой, мне предложили за доплату переехать в президентский номер, но доплаты в 500 евро у меня не было, поэтому мне предложили обычный номер, но после того, что я увидела..... Это не обычный номер гостиницы 5 звезд!!!! Это 3 звезды от силы!!!!! Люксов всего 4, президентских всего 2. остальное это стандартные номера. Куда смотрит руководство?! Белье все старое и застиранное. Кровати разваливаются. После со скандалом меня пересилили в президентский номер, но на 1 ночь пока в моем люксе ремонтировали сантехнику!!! И это Метрополь!!!! Вот это да, антикварная старинная красивая мебель, картины, резьба, золото. Поэтому у меня получился странный вывод. да 2 номера это конечно 5 звезд, дорогие рестораны, но на этом все. За таки деньги и при таком качестве жилого фонда и обслуживания

Легендарный Метрополь на уровне! С первых минут ощущаешь особую заботу о гостях - ваши чемоданы заберут прямо от такси, оперативно оформят заселение, любезно проводят до дверей номера, где вас будет ждать подписанная от руки приветственная открытка и сладкий комплимент. Если вы желаете выспаться в тишине как за городом - берите номер с окнами во внутренний двор. Это потрясающее ощущение тишины и покоя в самом сердце Москвы.

Персонал приветливый, номера соответствуют цене.Уютно и просторно.В барном меню ресторана классических коктейлей конечно мало.Но еда вкусная,салаты конечно мне понравились больше.Цены высокие.

Classy hotel, great décor, but some problems exist I was told to choose a five star hotel in Russia as all the other ones would be terrible. And the more I learn about Russia, the more I am convinced that this simply is not true. Although this is a five star hotel, it is overpriced and over hyped. I am not sure that I could 100% recommend this property. The location is worth it, but other things maybe not. Location: Fantastic! Close to the Metro, close to many things, in walking distance of the Red Square, St. Basils, and the Kremlin. Décor: Classy, traditional, beautiful. Rooms are not that big, but they are big enough for 1-2 people. They have humidifiers if they are needed and heaters also if needed if you forget to bring warmer sleeping clothes. But I would suggest you prepare in advance as they are limited. Staff: Mixed. Some staff members are good. They are extremely helpful, there is one concierge there that is truly the most valuable asset to the property, and I cannot remember his name. He has a babyface, but is loved by guests and staff alike. If I had a hotel I would love him to work for me. But he is the only one that knows his job and does it well. He is a true winner of the hospitality industry, and what they strive to instill in all employees. Bravo to him! Most staff are knowledgeable and willing to assist with most requests. Other staff.. Just doing their job for the most part, nothing wrong with that. But there is one guy in particular whom doesn’t know what I saw him do, but I have reported him to staff after returning home. I saw him talk to a guest about his baggage and then when he turned around he rolled his eyes like what the heck is wrong with this guest to another employee who laughed. This sort of thing, no matter what level of hotel, is unacceptable! Noise: I heard footsteps above me almost every night. The front desk staff I mentioned above is the one who came to my room to check, I told him to sit and wait as it comes and goes periodically, he refused, only spending a few minutes, and then leaving. I was mad, anyone knows that noise will not happen continually, and sometimes it takes time. I could tell he thought I was stupid, but it happened continual. Reported to management, they could only offer to change my room, which was a headache. Breakfast: big, but crowded. Lots of choices, but everyday almost all the same food. But I think their buffet breakfast is a plus. Security: You will be inconvenienced by security at all doors. They will check your bags on entry every time you come back. Their was an ambassador from another country staying at the hotel when I was there, and thus security was a higher priority. No matter if they know you or not, they will still check your bag. A little bit inconvenience, but actually I didn’t mind, it just takes a few extra minutes. Not a big deal, but something to be aware of. I am not sure that I would choose this hotel again or not, there are so many nice properties in Moscow that I think I would prefer to stay somewhere else.

格式高いホテル クレムリンや赤の広場に近い、非常に美しいホテルです。ただし、クレムリンの入口は少し離れているため、クレムリンを見学するなら移動時間に余裕を持ちましょう。 ホテルの内装は20世紀初頭らしくきらびやかです。特にフロント周辺は見事です。 有名なロシアンティーは、夜でも可能です。予約しておくと安全です。夕食として充分な量です。給仕のサービスも大変丁寧でした。
