Не знала что такие акции бывают на квартиры у моря, всегда думала что курортная недвижимость дико дорогая да и какие там могут быть реальные скидки. По факту если брать квартира + кладовая + парковочное место прилично сэкономить получается

В офисе от менеджера никакой воды, только факты и реальные сроки. Таким отношением сразу располагают к доверию.

Мне важно, чтобы застройщик был не случайной компанией. Метрикс дважды признавался девелопером года по мнению профессионального жюри Urban Awards. Плюс финал в 2026 году сразу в двух номинациях. Это знак качества и гарантия.
