Продала недвижимость в Ангарске из другого города через агентство Метраж.Непосредственно делом занимался Павел.Т.к. не могла выписаться сразу, договорились с покупателем, что в течение 3х месяцев выпишусь. Для возможных издержек в связи с этим оставила в агентстве залог 20 тысяч рублей ( объект недвижимости продавался за 370 тысяч рублей), агентству за услуги заплатила 20 тысяч рублей. Выписалась я через два месяца, о чем уведомила агентство Метраж. отправив фото штампа о выписке. Павел сказал, что надо подождать, пока данные придут в ангарский паспортный стол. С тех пор я жду два с лишним месяца. Залог там остался в размере 7 тысяч рублей( остальные деньги в агенстве спокойно покупателю отдали(!), чтобы оплатить долги по жкх).Какое-то время Павел ссылался на паспортный стол, потом на эпидемию из-за которой агентство закрыто и нет доступа к деньгам. Когда же агентство заработало Павел просто перестал брать трубку.Я вышла на соучредителя Сокольникова Д.,объяснила ситуацию, он выслушал и сказал, что то, что я не могу получить свои деньги- это мои проблемы.
