Хотел подключить мобильный банк, заявление приняли, но так и не подключили. Пришёл закрыть счёт, данные в заявление внесли, но распечатать сразу не смогли, только спустя 30 минут система заработала и его распечатали. На простую просьбу зарегистрировать распечатанное заявление и сделать мне копию с указанием должностного лица принявшего заявление, ответили, что я нудный и мне ничего не должны. Просьбу выполнили только после разъяснения их обязанностей и общих принципов документооборота.

Сотрудники просто не компетентные жуть! Отрывали аккредитив 1.5 часа , на вопросы не знают ответа, этика вообще я бы не стала выражаться на каком уровне! Если бы не условия договора покупки квартиры ни за что не зашла бы в этот банк!
