Заполнил заявку на кредит онлайн получил предварительное решение,позвонили из банка сказали приезжайте оформлять именно в этот день(25.03.2019), приехал захожу в маленькое помещение где три окошка во втором сидит девушка(Марина) обслуживает клиента ,задаёт вопрос зачем я посетил офис, отвечаю что за кредитом так м так, и с порога я не буду вас сегодня брать так времени уже много(18:00 - работают до 19:00) -может вы завтра приедете?в ответ на то что сказали по телефону что можно приехать ,не могла прокомментировать сказала мне все равно , попросил написать на листе письменный отказ в предоставлении услуги (оформлении кредита) так же услышал отказ, пошел к стенду где находиться книга отзывов и предложений сразу начала говорить молодой человек зачем сразу книгу жалоб я могу у вас принять документы сегодня ,уговорила клиентку чтобы та освободила место и сама клиент начала меня просить остановиться и не писать отзыв и предложила свое место лишь бы я только не написал про данного сотрудника отзыв. Обслуживание отвратительное,с таким поведением персонала на мои вопросы отвечала только с третьего раза,постоянно перебивает потом спрашивает чего то не понятно чего на что я уже ответил ,но сотрудник упертый хочет слышать только себя. Настроение брать кредит в данной конторе отпало после такого отношения сотрудников банка Кому дороги свои нервы и время не советую данный банк
