21.05.2014 года, в кафе на Кузнецком мосту, заказали столик отметить ДР сестры. Заказ приняли, принесли напитки, коктейль "кровавая мери" пить было невозможно, переборщили с вустерским соусом, мы попросили официантку поменять коктейль на другой, нам отказали, но предложили сделать новый уже без соуса, ладно...принесли роллы с авокадо...коричневого цвета, я попросила официантку поменять ролллы, принесли, точно такие же как и прежде с коричневым авокадо только перевернули их, наверное в надежде что мы не заметим, мы позвали администратора, пришла менеджер кафе. Объяснили ситуацию, сказали что у нас ДР и нам уже испортили вечер...она спросила: Что я могу сделать? давайте мы вам скидку в 15% сделаем? я говорю, что скидку нам и так обещали сделать в честь ДР , хорошо, тогда я вам принесу комплимент от шефа...принесли 1-ну порцию сладких блинчиков....насколько я знаю если официант накосячил, то комплимент делают всем участникам застолья (нас было трое), но блинчики мы пробовать не стали, в тарелку то ли плюнули, то ли капнули чего, это было очень заметно. Вокруг блинчика посыпали какао, (если капнуть то мелкие частицы какао соберутся в одну каплю), так было и на этой тарелке. Вывод: Никогда не пойду ни в один из ресторанов этой сети, так нельзя относится к людям, и извиняться нужно уметь правильно. Официанты - учите русский язык, а управляющие - думайте кого вы берете на работу. Ну и Вселенная вас накажет, я это точно знаю.

Про доставку еды на дом. Заказ ждем уже несколько часов. Обещали привезти в течение полутра часов. Ужасная доставка, заказывать тут еду нет вообще никакого смысла, сроки не соблюдаются ни курьером, ни операторами колл-центра.
