Странный абсолютно дрессировка код и фэйс контроль. Пришли с дрцзьями-иностранцами во время ЧМ. Сами же из туда позвали, а нас в итоге и не пустили. Всего было человек 12. Все прилично одетые, не пьяные. Всех пустили, кроме нас с мужем, русских. В шоке. Впервые такое. В итоге забрали всех и ушли. Больше не позовём и не кому советовать не будем. Какой-то колхоз, честне слово.

Отличные коктейли, бармены супер квалифицированные про все напитки расскажут, с выбором помогут. Атмосфера приятная, хотя на фэйсконтроле и бывают иногда заминки.

Если вас, как и меня, безосновательно не пропустил фейс-контроль без объяснения причин – не поленитесь, загуглите «Роспотребнадзор обращения граждан» и потратьте 10 минут на подачу онлайн обращение в их московское подразделение по шаблону: ХХ января 20хх года при попытке посетить бар «Mendeleev» по адресу г. Москва, ул. Петровка 20/1 мне было отказано во входе сотрудниками охраны бара. Мне отказали в просьбе объяснить причины. В этом событии вижу нарушение п. 3 ст. 426 ГК РФ, п. 1 ст. 16 Закона о защите прав потребителей. Заведение фактически применяет дискриминацию потребителей при заключении публичного договора. У меня есть основания полагать, что в действиях бара присутствует состав правонарушения по пунктам 1 и 2 ст. 14.8 КоАП РФ. Кроме того, у входа в данное заведение было указано, что оплата принимается только наличными деньгами – что, на мой взгляд, нарушает п. 1 ст. 16.1 Закона о защите прав потребителей и имеет состав правонарушения по п. 4 ст. 14.8 КоАП РФ. Прошу провести бара «Mendeleev» на предмет совершения указанных правонарушений и сообщить мне о результатах проверки.
