Привёз технику на ремонт, сказали посмотрят только через неделю. Предложили дать 1000 за «без очереди». Пришлось заплатить. Естественно никакого чека на эту сумму не выдали.

подскажите пожалуйста номер ремонта . какого числа вы обращались чеки выдаем всем....

Номер уже не подскажу. Сдавал 18-19 мая. Чек был только на ремонт-без «без очереди». В тетрадке вы своей все записываете-так что не нужно подавать вид, что это неправда и заводить новых клиентов в заблуждение.

какую технику вы привозили . не вводите в заблуждение что чеки не выдаем . чеки выдаем всем. можем предоставить видеозапись. в связи с большим негативом Такую опцию как срочный ремонт мы отменили. Теперь если у вас случится поломка какой то техники и нужна будет срочность. (на примере сломается генератор и небудет света )придется ждать в порядке очереди. Обьясните пожалуйста чем недовольны

Уважаемый Альберт Муртазин чеки печатаем и выдаем всем . можем доказать это камерой видеонаблюдением. возможно вы его не взяли . При потери кассового чека можем его поднять и распечатать заново. Даже если вы его потеряли с Уважением магазин Мегават.

В чем проблема ?? не починили? не обслужили? не дали гарантию? Для сравнения обратитесь в другие сервисы . потом сравните.
