Была несколько раз в этом салоне, вечно кто-то в очереди стоит к оператору передо мной. Один плюс - конфеты на столе у менеджеров бесплатные, можно взять штук пять, будет хоть радость. Остальное - оставляет жалеть лучшего. И триста лет выясняла свой вопрос, потом ждала, пока они отксерят мое заявление, и мальчик менеджер сначала подошел, подсказал ,что хочу очень неприветливо. И не сказать ,что сильно они мне помогли. Это один их самых моих нелюбимых магазинов этой несравненной фирмы.

Хороший офис обслуживания, мало посетителей, грамотные консультанты, есть и телефоны, ну и естественно все операторские услуги. Подключал там Мегафон-модем, очень доволен.

Самое медленное обслуживание с которым мне приходилось сталкиваться... Когда я подошел, в очереди было два человека, но я и представить не мог, что потеряю час дожидаясь своей очереди. Руководства отделения на месте также не оказалось. В это отделение, определенно, больше никогда обращаться не буду. Может быть компании с "самым быстрым интернетом", нужно уделять время и обучению сотрудников ? Чтобы не получить "награду" за "самое медленное обслуживание".

Отвратительная точка мегафон. С виду нормальные люди, а на самом деле "не добросовестные работники" , как сонные мухи. Всегда у них висит программа или нет интернета. Толку от таких сотрудников и от такой точки нет. Сколько не обращался,не могли решить проблему. Просто Очень НЕ КВАЛИФИЦИРОВАННЫЕ "работники"!!!
