Часто приходится прибегать к помощи офиса. То симку потеряю, то не на тот номер переведу деньги. Все проблемы решаются быстро, без волокиты. Недалеко от дома. Сотрудники доброжелательные.

А вот Мегафон, офис которого находится в ТЦ "Бум", я похвалю, и вполне заслуженно. Сотрудники грамотны и компетенты. Похоже, их руководство не жалеет денег на всевозможные курсы и тренинги. Не помню случая, чтобы я оставался недоволен, все решают на месте, и лишь в крайнем случае просят оставить письменную заявку.

Хорошее отделение: грамотные продавцы, неплохой выбор трубок и не только. Вечером всегда очереди, но для Марьино приемлимо 🤗

Наплевательское отношение к клиентам и к их времени. Один сотрудник занимается клиентами, а второй тупо перекладывает бумажки. Отчего возникает очередь. Ведь бумажки подождать не могут, в отличие от людей.
