Посетила филиал Мегафон 07.01.2019, в районе 16-30 по Московскому времени, в ТРК Б Класс (новый корпус). Ужас! Я не пойму политику этого оператора. Не довольные лица, хамство. Цены на тарифы выше всех, а гонору! Меняла симку стандарт на нано симку для супруга, симка зарегистрирована на меня, пользуется супруг. Присутствовало два сотрудника девушка и молодой человек. Слово Здравствуйте я не услышала, причём когда я пришла, то поприветствовала сотрудников. С меня потребовали паспорт в не самой корректной форме, с не довольным лицом, продиктовать номер. Я всё исполнила, хотя настроение в Рождество уже было испорчено. Симку выковырил, в прямом смысле, без пластиковой карты, так как это не было ранее. Обозначив это тем, что это политика компании. Я уже даже не говорю о том, чтобы мне её предложили вставить в телефон. Посетив другой салон, мне объяснили, что так не делается, что симку мне должны были отдать в пластике. Я вернулась к этим горе работникам. Но тут я увидела, что ребята попросту смылись и закрыли салон, причём в рабочее время. Надписей или объявлений на дверях объясняющее их отсутствия не было. В общем, подводим итог: На меня раньше было оформлено 4 сим карты, моя уже заблокирована, сын перешол на другого оператора, дочь тоже планирует сменить, пользоваться намерен только супруг, надо по работе. На молодого человека были жалобы, я хотела тоже добавить, но по своей сердобольности не стала этого делать, так как молодой и туповатый сотрудник, может поумнее и начнёт работать с людьми, а не со своим самолюбием! Безобразное обслуживание, отсутствие на рабочем месте, безграмотность, хамство! Делать выводы Вам, господа работодатели компании Мегафон! И вам уважаемые клиенты этого оператора!
