Огромный выбор товаров. Приятные цены. Но и народу много, особенно в выходные, приходится ждать какое-то время на кассе.

Ужасное обслуживание и полная дезинформация по тарифам. Покупали в этом салоне телефон, дали сим карту в подарок, сказали, что будет 250р на счету, подключили тариф 4р в день. Не прошло и 2х недель, списали абонентку совсем по другому тарифу 280р и загнали в минус. А также качество связи оставляет желать лучшего. Буду переходить на другого сотового оператора. Второй раз в этом салоне и оба раза негативное впечатление, больше сюда не прийду.

Покупали 2 iPhone 6 у одного через три дня обнаружился брак ( хруст в области экрана) в итоге сотрудники хамят отправляют на ремонт вместо замены аппарата . В итоге телефон приняли отправили на проверку качества. Прошло почти 20 дней приходит смс что у iPhone брак подтвердился и он остаётся на хранении и через 4 дня мы можем подъехать и забрать новый или вернуть деньги. Через 5 дней подъехав в данный салон связи оказывается что нет каких то документов, курьерская служба не привезла нужно опять ждать сколько не известно, сотрудники опять разговаривают по хамски, на вопрос когда привезут документы отвечают вам надо вот и идите и разбирайтесь с курьерской службой. На протяжении всего времени горячая линия вопрос решить не может просто бросают трубку. В мегафоне все замечательно и вам рады пока не коснулся вопрос о гарантии или замене аппарата, не советую ничего здесь брать.
