персонал в отделе выдачи заказов юноша-цербер. Не для клиентов, а против клиентов. Колл-центр говорит одно, а юноша-цербер самостоятельно решает не в пользу клиента. Ему свой закон. До слез довел и ушли несолоно хлебавши. Несмотря на то что МегаФон согласовал.

абсолютно некомпетентный персонал. Продали неправильный Usb кабель для зарядки телефона, предварительно посмотрев, какой разъем в телефоне. Операция проще некуда, однако и с ней справится не могут.
