Доброго времени суток всем кому интересен отзыв об ООО Мега Экспресс от представителя транспортной компании. 02.02.2018г.заключили договор с Мега Зкспресс на оказание услуг по грузоперевозкам. Получив заявку от компании мы осуществили перевозки на общую сумму 44000руб.В договоре указана оплата услуг, после сдачи документов 15 дней.А по факту на сегодняшний день 13.06.2018г. оплаты так и нет. На постоянные наши звонки отвечают, что оплатят через неделю. Начинали работу с одним логистом, а когда пришло время оплаты,этот человек заявил ,что уволился т.к. ему там не платят,дав нам контакты другого логиста. Со вторым сотрудником произошло то же самое и он дал нам контакты по его словам генерального директора Устинова Сергея. После двухнедельного обещания Сергеем выплатить нам в скором времени денег, он заявил что не является генеральным директором,и контакты руководства он нам дать не может. На сегодняшний день пишем отзыв о компании и направляем претензию в ООО Мега Экспресс, и если они в течении 10- ти дней не отреагируют на нее, будем подавать иск в арбитражный суд,так как все документы (договор,заявка,путевые листы) у нас на руках.
