Когда я и мой сын 1 февраля (в субботу) подошли к машине (к чёрной Киа-Рио номер 244), заказанной на 9.20 утра, и открыли дверь, женщина-таксистка сразу же начала нас отчитывать и ругать за опоздание и за то, что из-за нас образовалась очередь из машин. Кроме того, водительница сразу же заявила, что у неё для нас совсем нет времени, поскольку её уже ждут другие заказчики. Когда я заказывал машину по телефону, я сказал, что хочу уехать с вокзальной площади возле станции Орехово-Зуево, а диспетчер мне ответила, что на площади парковаться нельзя и что машина будет ждать нас возле столовой номер один. Значит, возле столовой номер один можно остановиться и подождать пассажиров. Диспетчер сказала, что можно, а женщина-водитель - что нельзя. Левая рука не знает, что делает правая. В нашем опоздании мы не виноваты. Электричка пришла по расписанию, а мы ещё стояли в очереди перед турникетами, которые на выход. И, кроме того, мы с сыном шли медленно и осторожно, чтобы не поскользнуться. Ко всему этому нужно относиться с пониманием. А если у водителя накладки, то-есть совпадение двух заказов, то это, опять же, вина начальников компании и диспетчеров, а не наша. И, кроме того, клиенты, даже опоздавшие, должны чувствовать себя именно клиентами, которым рады, а не провинившимися школьниками, опоздавшими на урок. Выходя из машины, я закрыл дверь ногой. Женщина-водитель пригрозила, что заявит на меня в милицию, поскольку она знает мой телефон. Такой подход я расцениваю как шантаж. Я ничего не повредил, не испортил, ну разве что немного испачкал, но тогда можно заявлять в полицию и на снег, и на уличную грязь.
