Пыталась сделать заказ в интернет магазине Медтехника для дома на сайте era-med.ru, ассортимент большой . Перезвонили сразу, договорились о доставке через 2 дня. В назначенный день утром мне сообщают,что доставки не будет из-за того,что накануне вечером курьер один раз мне не дозвонился. Женщина менеджер с надрывом недовольно спросила ПОЧЕМУ ЭТО Я ИМ НЕ ПЕРЕЗВОНИЛА? На ответ,что у меня по работе сотни звонков, вы торгуете и вы заинтересованы в продаже товара, почему в назначенный день меня снимают с доставки, когда я ее уже сижу жду, женщина начала нервно орать, что тогда она вообще отменяет заказ. Вот вам и обслуживание, если понадобится что то для здоровья купить (я пыталась заказать мед.банки ребенку) и тем более срочно, могут возникнуть такие сложности. Очень надеюсь ИП Эмрахов Р.А. проведет объяснительную беседу со своими сотрудниками ,отвечающими за интернет магазин ,они поймут, что торговля в сети ведется по своим правилам и научатся работе с клиентами.

Через час после опубликования отзыва со мной связался непосредственно ИП Эмрахов Р.А. , извинился за своего сотрудника, и сам лично привез мне заказ еще через 2 часа. Жалобу снимаю. Спасибо, желаю успехов в бизнесе и довольных клиентов.
