Записался на прием по довольно интимной проблеме. Подготовился, приехал чуть раньше, как просили. А в клинике нет света. Света нет, но врач принимает. Врач смотрит, а кто-то светит фонариком с телефона. Это какой-то кошмар. И это ещё и за полноценную плату за осмотр посредством перевода на телефон. Я, конечно, отказался и уехал. Я все понимаю, бывают форс мажоры, технические накладки. Но я потратил свое время/деньги, корректировал свой график. В таких случаях необходимо обзванивать клиентов и предупреждать, а не ставить перед фактом. Неуважение ко времени клиента. Плохо. Оценку скорректировал, т.к. в дальнейшем лечился в этой клинике, все было ок и подобного не повторялось, старая оценка уже неактуальна

Замечательная клиника! Первый раз обращалась за медпомощью в Иваново. Считаю, что очень удачно. Я обращалась в клинику уже дважды: для консультации и для проведения исследования под анестезией. Хочу выразить свою признательность и благодарность персоналу: администраторам на ресепшен и операторам - всю информацию предоставляли вовремя, точно; медперсоналу: гинекологу Борзовой Анастасие Сергеевне и её медсестре Анастасие, анестезиологу Ярославе Алексеевне и её анестезистке (к своему стыду я забыла спросить её имя-отчество) за внимание, чуткость, профессионализм и спокойствие - всё прошло легко, гладко и без осложнений благодаря им. Я получила исчерпывающие ответы на все вопросы и дальнейшие рекомендации. Большое спасибо! Клинику рекомендую смело.
