Голова раскалывалась так, что свет мешал. Невролог выписала таблетки, еще объяснила почему надо вести дневник питания и сна. Я сначала не понимала зачем это, только время зря тратишь, но оказывается, триггер был в избытке кофе и нарушенном режиме. После корректировки привычек приступы почти сошли на нет.

Пришла немного напуганной, кардиологи всегда вызывают тревогу. Врач Сердюков Роман Владимирович это почувствовал и начал не с осмотра, а с разговора. К тому моменту как перешли к ЭКГ я уже не была такой взвинченной. Именно так и должен начинаться приём у кардиолога.

12.11 в 9:00 сдавал тест на covid-19. Результаты должны были прийти в течение 1-3 дней. Ну я думаю, раз платная организация, значит ответственные, быстро результат предоставят и пр. На деле оказалось обратное) результаты не приходят уже более 3-х суток. Лучше в ГБУЗ обращаться нежели в эту обдираловку

Приходил снимать швы. Думал, что будет тянуть или болеть. Хирург профи: руки твердые, движения точные. Сначала всё аккуратно обработал, потом за секунду убрал ниточки. Осмотрел шрам, сказал, чем мазать, чтобы через пару месяцев вообще ничего не осталось.

На приеме гастроэнтеролога мне помогли разобраться с дискомфортом в животе. Это была не болезнь в чистом виде, а реакция непереносимости. Врач составила индивидуальный план питания, основываясь на моих анализах. Пропала тяжесть, кожа стала чище, и я наконец-то перестал искать закидываться всякими таблетками после каждого второго обеда.
