Добрый день! Научите сотрудников вежливо общаться, сотрудничаете с инвитро и позорите данную лабораторию. Я медицинская сестра, всегда ношу кровь в инвитро, так как папа по состоянию здоровья не имеет возможности посетить клинику сам. Сейчас принесла кровь в медсэф, администратор мне отказала в грубой форме и послала сдавать в инвитро. Лаборатория одна, пробирка соответствует, все правила при взятии биоматериала были соблюдены. Жаль что инвитро в связи с пандемией работает сокращенно, иначе бы не пришлось сталкиваться с хамством сотрудников медсэф.. Не ногой туда больше.

Уважаемая Алина, мы сожалеем, что Вы не смогли получить желаемую услугу. В настоящий момент мы выясняем все обстоятельства этого инцидента. Для успешного анализа крови необходимо соблюдать преаналитические требования, требования к хранению и доставке крови.В противном случае лаборатория выдает искаженные результаты или сообщает, что анализ невозможен. Потраченные средства лаборатория не возвращает. В клинику Вы обратились вечером (курьеры забирают биоматериал до 14:00), соответственно риск ошибки многократно возрос. В подобных ситуациях мы вынуждены отказывать. Приносим Вам свои искренние извинения и просим связаться с администрацией клиники по телефону 89035037028.
