Насколько прекрасные врачи, настолько отвратительные работники регистратуры на 2 (!) этаже, на третьем абсолютно адекватная девушка. Портят все впечатление своей пассивной агрессией и отношением. Говорю нужно оплатить, вопрос - что? Наверно, хлеб? Вы к тому врачу зачем? Ну я без понятия, меня направили, есть бумага, где все написано. Так выглядят люди, которые мах не напрягаются и не хотят делать свою работу. Сочувствую

Ставлю одну звезду за консультацию оператора по телефону. Чтобы записаться к врачу не предлагает выбора врача, даты и времени. Ей видимо надо, чтобы сразу говорили дату, время и врача к кому надо, а как сказать если нет информации в интернете об этом и она не рассказывает. Первый раз такая попалась в этой клинике, обычно более доброжелательно отвечали и давали выбор когда и к кому можно обратиться.
