Врач ошибся с годом приёма. 2023 , а на дворе 2025г. Не беда в принципе. Прошу админа исправить. Предлагает приехать в субботу или воскресенье. Посчитав даты, я поняла что в ближайшее не могу. Любезно предложила, чтоб врач исправил, а я потом забрала! Конечно, я соглашаюсь, Но, маленький ньюанс. Я должна позвонить и сново напомнить о том сто врач должен приём исправить. Так как сегодня понедельник, а врач во субботу будет. Я задумалась. Так как обычно. Просто по смене передают! Девушка спрашивает что тот не так!? Я честно говорю.. Сомневаюсь что я в субботу дозвонюсь... Ничего страшного говорит она он ещё в воскресенье работает!))) На мои ну, а сейчас если принять к сведению... Говорит до субботы можем забыть... Народу много... Парирую так, а что в субботу мешает так же забыть.. Даже если я позвоню!? А, вообще добавляю по смене должны передавать... Есть такие бумажечки клеяться на монитор! Админ занимает позицию!! Вам что трудно!!? Позвонит и напомнить в субботу! Далее пытается обвинить, это вы не посмотрели дату! Серьёзно!? Так это пациент виноват!!? К слову настроение у админа испортилось после того как она поняла, что чс напоминать не намерена! И сидеть на телефоне названивая! Передача по смене информации прямая рабочая обязанность администрации. Почему клиника перекладывает это на пациента, мотивируя, что вам сложно? У нас народа много, мы можем забыть! И внимание, но это вы не увидели дату!! Впечатление испорченно.
