Был записан к Крутень Т. В., пришёл с целью удаления бородавки. Сразу в регистратуре оплатил приём (1100 руб). Зашёл в кабинет, сразу озвучил что мне нужно, прижгли азотом бородавку, ушёл. По пути домой мне звонят, говорят, что я должен ещё 500 руб за оказанную услугу. О том, что эта услуга вообще оплачивается отдельно и сколько она стоит - мне никто не сообщал заранее. Само удаление стоит 500 руб, я получается изначально заплатил в 2 раза больше нужного (1100), но должен доплатить ещё (по регламенту клиники,, с которым меня никто не ознакомил ни в регистратуре, ни после записи к врачу по телефону). На вопрос, а что тогда я оплатил изначально, ответ администрации: "осмотр бородавки на предмет, можно ли её удалять, это стоило 1100". Хотя я изначально доктору сообщил, что уже прижигал её, просто нужно это сделать ещё раз. Никакой полноценной консультации, стоящей 1100, не было проведено (мне не дали никакого заключения, я ни о чём подробно не советовался, просто зашёл и попросил удалить). Но зато сверх оплаченного - потребовали ещё денег. Сначала оказали услугу, а уже потом озвучили её стоимость и порядок, требуя доплаты (на вопрос, почему не предупредили, ответ - вы сами записались через сайт, кнопки понажимали, как мы могли вам сообщить?) К качеству самой услуги - претензий нет

Самая стремная клиника в городе.*** Вымогатели денег!!! Если бы мы знали как там себя ведут доктора и персонал никогда бы не обратились! Народ прежде чем туда пойти сто раз подумайте потому что за каждый вздох в этой клинике с вас будут брать деньги. Отдельное предостережение от Берсенева Аркадия врач уролог.не рекомендую от слова совсем.хамское поведение и отношение к пациентам за ваши же деньги! Несоответствие цен с сайтом.информацию не обновляют!!!
