Научите нормально общаться своих администраторов. Сколько раз приходила к вам в центр, столько раз за собственные же деньги выслушивала хамство. То на весь коридор орут УЗИ какого органа я собираюсь делать, то мои личные данные, то в целом отвратительное поведение и отношение. Не первый раз слышу о таком обращении от знакомых, и регулярно сама с этим сталкиваюсь. Максимально надеюсь на понимание.

Понравилось: Очень внимательное отношение, Светлана Викторовна досконально изучила анализы и очень подробно рассказала про проблему и процедуру лечения. Прекрасный доктор. История пациента: Я обратилась к доктору с проблемой пищеварения, частая тошнота и горечь во рту, тяжесть в желудке. Самостоятельно сдавала анализ гастропанель, результаты меня расстроили, Светлана Викторовна очень доступно все пояснила, объяснила мне мои проблемы и предложила лечение. Осталась очень довольна приемом.

История пациента: 10 марта 2025 года мы с папой ожидали приема у другого специалиста, но судьба свела нас с этим замечательным доктором! Внезапно папа почувствовал себя плохо и стал терять сознание. Александр Русланович тактично, но оперативно оценил состояние пациента и вызвал неотложку. Доктор курировал нас до прибытия бригады скорой помощи. Всем пациентам хочется пожелать именно таких чутких и внимательных врачей! А Александру Руслановичу и его близким - долгих лет здоровой и счастливой жизни, удачи в профессиональной деятельности и благодарных пациентов!
