Регулярно заказывал анализы в данном месте и регулярно натыкался на различные трудности. Последний раз сдавал несколько анализов на общую сумму 1600 руб. Далее с этими анализами собирался посетить своего лечащего врача. Пришёл забрать анализы, но не смог их получить, так как у организации не работал принтер, так как без анализов повторное посещение врача бессмыслено, пришлось не идти к врачу, а поменять дату посещения на следующую неделю. Ситуация неприятная, даже если откинуть личные переживания касательно своего здоровья, данный факт является прямым невыполнением обязательств, за которые клиент уже оплатил. Помимо меня, результаты не смогли забрать ещё несколько человек. Пожалуйста, из сумм уплаченных Вам за услуги, будьте любезны, наймите соответствующего специалиста, чтобы он починил Вам оборудование, и вы могли выполнять возложенные на себя обязательства перед клиентами. Дополнительно: СМС-уведомления и информация на почту приходит только при личном звонке и просьбе вручную переслать, в противном случае, ничто никуда не приходит. Администраторы ссылаются на лабораторию Хеликс, которая должна присылать всё это... Уважаемые, я договор заключил с Вами, а не с Хеликсом, вы если на них ссылаетесь, то ссылайтесь и на их цены, которые на сайте в 2 раза дешевле аналогичных у Вас.

Посещала эту клинику,все понравилось,сдавала анализы,говорили все результаты скинут на электроную почту,последний анализ был готов 29 ноября,и ничего я за этовремя не получила,плохо работают,и не один раз звонила просила и бесполезно
