Здравствуйте! Довелось здесь побывать второй раз за неделю, приезжаем во время, первый раз ждали 20 минут, второй раз ровно ЧАС!!! 1 час! Планируем своё время, записываемся в платную частную клинику и такой бардак, если записываете всех впритык без запаса времени, хотя бы наладили сервис, хотя бы чай предлагали людям, которые засыпая ждут второй час в очереди.

Здравствуйте, приносим свои извинения за предоставленные неудобства, к сожалению, мы не всегда можем принять Вас в точно назначенное время. Сегодня утром действительно была задержка по УЗИ, 40-50 минут, связанная со сложностью обследования. Иногда возникают задержки во время приема (особенно часто УЗИ сердца и сосудов), которые нельзя предвидеть. Это зависит от индивидуальных особенностей пациента, его подготовки и тяжести состояния на момент обследования. Среднестатистическое обследование проводится в пределах 20-30 минут, но в сложных случаях растягивается на час и более, мы стараемся учитывать это. Наша цель-максимальное внимание к каждому пациенту. Спасибо за понимание!!!
