Очень благодарна вашей лаборатории за ваших замечательных сотрудников! Приезжала к вам недавно из области для сдачи теста Панорама. Я приехала вся на нервах, но ко мне отнеслись с пониманием, успокоили, проводили в нужный кабинет. Никаких очередей, все по времени. Так как у меня был большой перерыв перед электричкой, разрешили посидеть, подождать у вас. Со сроками тоже не подвели, прислали даже раньше заявленного – через 5 дней на почту! Спасибо вам и вашим сотрудникам за оперативность и человечное отношение к проблемам окружающих!
