Понравилось: Лечились спокойно. Без слёз, без криков, не стыдит и не обманывает. Рекомендую тем, у кого дети боятся, но терпеть и договариваться умеют. Спасибо! История пациента: Пришли к врачу по рекомендации. Волнение и переживания были у всех. Сын не любит, когда с ним сюсюкаются. Врач начала прием не с осмотра, дала время привыкнуть к кабинету. Врач ничего лишнего не говорила, просто села и начала рассказывать про зуб как про сломанный механизм. Сыну зашло. Он у нас технарь. Показала инструменты, дала подержать, объяснила, что будет жужжать и стучать по зубу, не обманывает. Даже кнопку на кресле разрешила нажать. Разговаривает напрямую с ребёнком, меня почти не подключала. Сын успокоился, дал себя полечить, вышел без истерики. Теперь хвастается в школе.

Понравилось: Наши ожидания оправдались. Врач точно занимается своим делом. Спасибо за Ваш труд! История пациента: Дочке 16 лет, своих страхов полно, стоматологов боится с детства. Ромина Рашидовна - врач, с которым у них случился контакт. Я сидела в углу и просто молчала, потому что они разговаривали как равные - без скидок на возраст, без нравоучений. Врач не читала лекции, не уговаривала «быть умницей», а просто объяснила, что и как будет, ответила на все дурацкие вопросы спокойно и без раздражения. В результате вылеченные зубы без слёз и скандалов. Огромное спасибо за человеческий подход.
