Без согласования со мной поменяли врача у ребенка! Была записана к одному лору с хорошими отзывами, у которого лечилась несколько лет, а без моего согласия переписали на прием к печально известной Шпилевой (с ужасными отзывами). Ни администратор, и главный врач не принесли извинений за ситуацию, цинично говорят, что мол мы желали вам помочь, чтобы вы не пропустили прием, так как мой врач заболела. Их волнуют ТОЛЬКО деньги, даже собственное честное имя им не нужно. Не рекомендую клинику.

Понравилось: Быстро решил мою проблему. Прекрасный специалист, большой профессионал. Не понравилось: Нет недостатков. История пациента: Обращалась с болями в шее, быстро поставил диагноз. Чуткий, внимательный, отзывчивый врач Илья Сергеевич, целиком заинтересованный в здоровье пациента. Во время приёма ответил на все мои вопросы. Очень благодарна за помощь.

Понравилось: Был на приеме у врача Молянова Ильи Сергеевича. Врач внимательно выслушал мою проблему, выставил диагноз «неврит​». Все подробно объяснил, проконсультировал. Врач назначал необходимое лечение, приемом доволен. Врача советую.

Не предупредили, что врач на операции. Ждала месяц запись к врачу. Приехала специально из арбеково в терновку в час пик, так как время приема у врача только вечернее. В чем сложность позвонить и предупредить?
