пришли к дерматологу Стабредовой Е. М с шипицей. не понятно зачем отправила на анализы, за которые мы заплатили в общей сложности с приемом порядка 18 тысяч. анализы сдавали вечером, хотя обычно их сдают с утра (что могло сказаться на результатах). на следующем приеме прижгла лазером и прописала кучу таблеток. показаться надо было только через месяц. через неделю место вокруг шипицы и сама шипица стали опухать, появился зуд, пульсация. поехали в обычную поликлинику, где вырезали это место. сейчас пришли к другому дерматологу, которая сказала, что с нас просто содрали деньги. теперь лечим инфекцию, которая проявилась после лазера. однозначно не рекомендуем!!! жалко потраченного времени, нервов и денег

Опоздала на прием на 10 минут , позвонила заранее предупредила , что опоздаю на что мне ответили хорошо будем Вас ждать , итог приезжаю отказались принять да еще в грубой форме , деньги за прием которые были оплачены на сайте отказываются вернуть

Добрый день! Нам искренне жаль, что ситуация с записью вызвала у Вас негативные эмоции. Мы понимаем, что дорога и поиск парковки могут повлиять на время прибытия. Вместе с тем опоздание на приём может нарушить расписание врача и время, отведённое для других пациентов, поэтому возможность проведения консультации в полном объёме определяется с учётом фактического времени опоздания и загрузки специалиста. Сотрудники клиники были готовы обсудить возможные варианты решения ситуации, в том числе перенос записи на другое удобное время. К сожалению, конструктивно обсудить их на месте не удалось.
