К сожалению, перепутала день записи. Приехала в 16:20, до закрытия 40 минут. Меня начали выпроваживать в грубой форме, якобы у них короткий день. И я почему-то должна была это знать. Видимо, из-за корпоратива у них был короткий день ( данную информацию услышала от сотрудников). К слову, меня выставили на улицу в метель, ( когда я пыталась найти другого врача) при этом сотрудник остался в помещении, а рабочий день указан до 17:00 Если хотите со мной связаться для выяснения данной ситуации, то я очень жду! Звоните- поговорим Добавляю данный отзыв 17.12 , так как ответить на сообщение невозможно: Молодцы, что изучили запись! Я еще раз повторяю, что сотрудник не просил меня покинуть помещение в вежливой форме, на что и получил от меня замечание! График работы указан до 17:00, ваш сотрудник остался в помещении, в чем была сложность оказать помощь и не выпроваживать человека в метель? О ситуации с путаницей даты записи я сообщила сама, не нужно дублировать информацию. От представителей организации требовалось только гуманное отношение и вежливость. Работайте над этим! Потому что администраторы лицо вашей компании и судя по отзывам - слабое звено
